Principal Investor

Through hundreds of transactions he has been involved in over the past ten years, Will Heaton delivers a comprehensive understanding of real estate origination, underwriting, investor relations, and execution of investment strategies.

Will Heaton is also Co-Founder and Managing Principal of Heaton Dainard. Previously drector of the pre-foreclosure department at Vestus Foreclosure Group in Kirkland, Will has adopted a successful method of investing in real estate in a down market by using expert market analysis to eliminate risk.

Will attended Central Washington University and resides in Redmond, Washington. He was honored as the Co-Founder of one of Eastside‘s Fastest Growing Private Companies in 2013, 2014, and 2015 and Inc. 5000’s fastest growing companies in America.

James Dainard | LimeLite Development

Principal Investor

James has been actively investing in multifamily and single family units in the Puget Sound region for over ten years, and leads a dynamic team that exceeded salves volumes of over $183 million in 2017 with over 340 closed transactions.

Also Co-Founder and Managing Principal at Heaton Dainard, he is responsible for the development and execution of corporate strategies, marketing, and property acquistions.

James graduated from University of Washington‘s Foster School of Business with a focus in finance and marketing, and was recently recognized as Co-Founder of one of Washington’s Fastest Growing Private Companies in 2013, 2014, and 2015, 2016 as well as Inc. 5000’s fastest growing companies in America in 2015 and 2016. In 2017, James was chosen as a Puget Sound Business Journal 40 Under 40 honoree.
